life is full of self doubt

am i good enough

when you always

should be confident

in you body and mind

because you are perfect

but when you always had

people determent to destroy

your soul and spirit

its hard to really believe it

that you SPECIAL

but than you came along

correct the history and ended the misery

so this is the special delivery

to a friend , that made me reconize the true

no shame in reconize you

self care and health is a priority one

i learned a lot about us , once i wore lost

but now im settle down in knowing im not perfect

we all human , got our flaws , vent about this and that

but i dont keep grudges , i write about it , post it and over it

to never recover it thats how i solve it
